MISSION STATEMENT
To develop, promote and teach the fundamentals of the game of soccer to players under the age of nineteen within the Upstate Region of South Carolina, as defined by the SCYSA Constitution and By-Laws. Also, the LTSC shall work to strengthen and unify existing Toro teams, promote the development of new Toro teams, work to educate the general public and teach good sportsmanship. The LTSC shall be organized as a non-profit instructional and educational organization.
