GIVE YOUR CHILD A FUN INTRODUCTION OR CONTINUATION TO THE WORLD OF SOCCER
**Any participant who refers two or more players will receive a free soccer ball courtesy of Lakelands Toros**
YOUR CHILD WILL RECEIVE:
- One hour of instruction & games two times a weeks!
- Instruction geared to your player’s ability levels.
- A Lakeland’s Toros Soccer T-Shirt.
- Participation in scaled down 4 on 4 league play!
- Program is designed for players 4-to-8-years of age.
JUNIOR ACADEMY GOAL
The goal of the academy is to provide quality instruction in an educational soccer learning environment through field training and games. Individuals learn and develop soccer savvy through repetition of technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills. Activities are presented in a fun and enjoyable manner to instill motivation and improve. Every participant leaves the academy having developed their soccer skills to become more competent on the field. Also promote exercise and a healthy lifestyle in young children. Most important, for each player to enjoy every second of being on the field!

- Dribbling
- passing
- Field Awareness
- Basic shooting
- Form
JUNIOR ACADEMY SCHEDULE
The academy will run on the following dates:
**February 21st-March 29th, 2012**
Tuesdays & Thursdays
5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
COST
The cost of this program is only $60.
REGISTRATION
1. Register online on our registration website or in person Tuesday February 21st.
2. Print a registration form and bring it to the first session, or mail it with payment to: Toros Academy, PO Box 1422, Greenwood, SC 29648.
WHAT YOUR CHILD NEEDS!
Appropriate athletic attire (Athletic shoes, shorts, & shin guards)
Water bottle (with water please!)
Soccer ball (size 3 for players under 6 & size 4 for players 7-8 years old)
IMPORTANT FACTS:
PLAYER SAFETY IS A PRIORITY.
Equipment will not be provided – bibs, cones, goals etc will be used but each player must have a ball and appropriate footwear and attire.
